  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear


5. Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Somni Pillow is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Somni Pillow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly

  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delays due to customs are outside our control
