Somni Pillow – Return & Refund Policy

At Somni Pillow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags and inserts
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

2. Hygiene Considerations

Due to the personal nature of pillows:

  • Items that have been used, slept on, washed, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for return
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene standards

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at david@somnipillow.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Somni Pillow arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos and a description of the issue

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
